Sheriff's Sale
State of Louisiana

Auguste Donato, exr. &c. vs. Josephine Tesson f. w. c.
District Court, St. Landry, No. 3962

By virtue of an order of seizure and sale, issued in the above entitled suit, by
the District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Landry, and to me directed,
will be exposed to public sale, at the Court House of this parish, on Saturday
the 5th of March 1853, at twelve months' credit, being the second and last
exposure, purchasers giving bond and security, with interest at eight per cent,
from the day of sale until paid, all the right, title, interest and demand of
Josephine Tesson f. w. c., in and to the following described property, seized to
satisfy said order, to wit:

A certain Lot of ground, situated in the town of Opelousas having one half
arpent front by one hundred and sixty nine feet in depth; adjoining on the South
to the land of J. B. Isabelle, on the North to land formerly belonging to Louis
Lousillier Snr., on the West to the twenty feet which the said Joseph Hardy, her
vendor, has reserved between theline of G. Cahanin for a passage for said lot,
with all the buildings and improvements thereon.
