District Court - Parish St. landry - No. 10503.

ESTATE OF EZEKIEL MIXER AND WIFE.

ANDREW J .THOMPSON, of the Parish of St. Landry, Administrator of the Estate in 
community between Exekiel Mixer and Sarah Hargroder, his wife, both deceased, 
having filed a Tableau of Classification and Partial Settlement and 
Distribution of the funds of said Estate, accompanied by a petition praying for 
the homologation (sic) of the same; And whereas the prayer of said petition has 
been granted by an order of Court dated April 12th, 1867,

Therefore, notice is hereby given to all interested to make opposition, if any 
they have, in writing, at my office, in the town of Opelousas, within thirty 
days from the date of the present notice, why said Tableau should not be 
approved and homologated (sic), and the Administrator authorized to pay in 
conformity therewith.
