Another Murder - On Monday night last, Mr. Napoleon Franchebois was killed at 
his own house, about 7 miles from out town. The deceased declared upon his 
death-bed that one James Veillon, a young man about 16 years old, had shot him. 
Veillon was therefore arrested, but having attempted to escape from his 
captors, they fired upon and killed him.

We give these statements as we heard them, refraining from any comments.
