M., and from day to day, if necessary, all the right, title, interest and demand of Lucas Hollier, in satisfaction of his State Taxes of the years 1849 and 1850, amounting to Eight dollars and 68 cents, the following described property, to wit: A Certain Half Lot of GROUND, lying and situated in the town of Opelousas, Parish of St. Landry, bounded on the North by Landry street, East by the land owned by the Town Corporation, West by land owned by the Methodist Episcopal Church, and on the South by land formerly owned by Mrs. Hanchette, together with all the Buildings & Improvements thereon.
