A certain tract or parcel of Prarie Land, situated in Flat Town Prairie, in this parish, being the last residence of the deceased, having eighty superficial acres, more or less, bounded North by Widow Cyprien Fontenot, South and East by the domain, and West by Lastie P Guillory. One Negro Boy, named Flemming, aged 18 years. One Negro Girl, named Aimee, aged 22 years with her two children, namely: Adeline aged 6 years and Louisa aged 2 years. One Negro Boy, named Old Flemming, aged 45 years. One Negro Boy, named Joe, aged 40 years. One Negro Boy, named James, aged 25 years. One Negro Boy, named Onezine, aged 16 years. One Mulatto Girl, named Zile, aged 40 years with her three children, namely: Leandra aged 8 years, Luci aged 6 years and Adele aged 2 years. One Mulatto Girl, named Manette, aged 40 years with her three children, namely: Alcide aged 7 years, Sydalise aged 5 years and one infant child. One Mulatto Boy, named Cadet, aged 10 years. One Mulatto Girl, named Hortance, aged 12 years. One Negro Girl, named Marianne, aged 60 years. Nine ploughs, one horse cart, two ox carts, one calash [A light carriage with two or four low wheels and a collapsible top.], one corn mill, one lot kitchen utensils, one gold watch, two double barreled guns, household furniture, plantation utensils, four pairs work oxen, horses, mares, stallions, &c., &c.
