Father Raymond from the pulpit of said Church, that after the expiration of sixty days from said date all dilapidated brick tombs in the Catholic graveyard whose owners are unknown and all such tombs whose owners will fail or neglect within the time above specified to have properly repaired, will be removed and the bricks appropriated to the use of the congregation.
