Mrs. Augenblick, a former resident of Jersey City, N.J., and Ogunquit, Maine, died in her Boston residence Saturday, April 18, 1998. Born in Haverhill, Mass., Aug. 2, 1932, she was the daughter of Samuel and Bessie Rose Maistrosky Hirshberg. She was a graduate of Boston University and a founding board member of the Boston Arts Festival in the 1950s. Mrs. Augenblick was also active in the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, the Barn Gallery and Ogunquit Playhouse in Ogunquit, Maine. At the time of her death, Mrs. Augenblick served as a trustee of the Jersey City Museum in Jersey City, N.J. Survivors include her husband, Harry A. Augenblick; two sons, Charles B. Davlin and his wife, Valerie, of Bangkok, Thailand, and Tony Davlin of Boston, Mass.; a daughter, Ann M. Davlin of New York, N.Y.; a grandson, Thomas Z. She was a resident of Galveston County Texas where she was very active in community work.
