MRS. L. J. BAUMAN.

Died at Opelousas on Monday, Dec. 6th, Mrs. L. J. Bauman, formerly of New 
Orleans, aged 25 years. Mr. Bauman, the grief-stricken husband, is the 
youngest son of Mr. Jake L. Bauman of this City, and since his marriage took 
up his residence at Opelousas where his wife succumbed. Besides her husband 
she leaves an infant daughter about eleven days old. The remains of the mother 
were interred at New Orleans, her native home.
