ANISE BELLARD - Last rites for the father of Leroy Bellard were held at 4 p. 
m. Thursday at the St. Bridget Catholic Church in Lawtell for Anise Bellard, 
72, of Krotz Springs, who died at 3:30 a. m. Wednesday in the Opelousas 
General Hospital after a long illness. He was a retired police officer in 
Krotz Springs.

Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas was in charge of arrangements with burial 
in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Bellard of Krotz Springs; one son, Leroy 
Bellard of Eunice; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Moore of Beaumont, Tex. and 
Sandra Bellard of Krotz Springs; three sisters, Mrs. Elridge Johnson of Lake 
Charles, Mrs. Carris Higginbotham of Lawtell and Mrs. J. I. Tweedel of 
Lawtell; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.


Additional Comments:
Anise Bellard was the son of David Bellard and Celestine Moreau.
