The Opelousas Courier (Opelousas, LA) Aug. 6, 1853, pg. 2
Died.- At the residence of his uncle, on Plaquemine Brulee, in this Parish, on 
Sunday last, Samuel Budd Cary, aged 10 years, son of A. B. Cary, and a grand 
son of C. Steel of Opelousas.

Additional Comments:
Samuel Budd Cary was the son of Anthony B. Cary and Adelaide Steel.
