St. Landry Clarion (Opelousas, La.) 1890-1921, July 20, 1918, Image 5

Mr. Rene Durio, native of Arnaudville, this parish, died at his home in 
Jennings Tuesday of last week. Mr. Durio moved from his native town many years 
ago, settling in the Jeff Davis parish capital. He is survived by his wife, 
one son and two little daughters. He also leaves a number of brothers and 
sisters, namely, Mrs. Charles Thibodeaux of Opelousas; Mrs. L. A. Guidry of 
Coulee Croche, this parish; Mrs. Frank Morrough of Arnaudville; Mr. Angelas 
Durio of Sunset; J. N. Durio of Arnaudville and D. M. Durio of New Iberia. To 
his bereaved widow, children, brothers and sisters the Clarion tenders its 
sympathies.
