Death of Mrs. Goodlett.

Mrs. Anna Hester Goodlett, aged sixty-nine years, died at 3:30 this morning at 
the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Mornhinveg, at 621 Avenue G, after a 
lingering illness caused from old age. The deceased was born at Terry, Miss., 
in 1841 and removed to Lake Charles about twenty-five years ago. She has been 
residing with her daughter, Mrs. Frank Mornhinveg, in this city for several 
years. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Downing of Opelousas and Mrs. Mornhinveg 
of Crowley. Funeral services will be held at the Mornhinveg home at 7 o'clock 
this evening and the remains will be taken to Lake Charles on the Oriole Sunday 
morning for interment. - Crowley Signal.

NOTE: Anna Hester Goodlett is buried at the Orange Grove Cemetery located in Lake 
Charles, Calcasieu Parish, LA.
