Edmond P. Guidry, an old and respected citizen of this parish, died at his 
home in Plaquemine Ridge last Thursday night and was buried in the Catholic 
cemetery here Friday afternoon at 5 o'clock. "Tode," as he was called by his 
friends, was a good, straightforward citizen, and leaves a host of friends who 
join with his family in mourning his demise.

Edmond P. Guidry is buried at the St. Landry Catholic Church cemetery located 
in Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.
