Died. - In Opelousas, on Friday, June 20, Pauline, infant child of Mr. and 
Mrs. Alide E. Lafleur, aged 11 months and 2 days.

In Opelousas, on Wednesday, June 25, Mina, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alide E. 
Lafleur, aged 2 years and 11 months.

Death is sad. The taking away of one precious darling is crushing - the 
taking away of two in one week, the emptying of two little cradles in the 
space of seven days, is unbearable. It is a severe test of christian 
fortitude - God help those who have to bear it.

The entire community sympathizes with Mr. and Mrs. Lafleur in the great 
bereavement.
