The remains were brought to this city and interred in the Catholic cemetery on Monday. The deceased had been in ill health some time, and Saturday left his present home in Basile and went to New Orleans for medical attention. Within an hour after arriving in that city he expired at the Hotel Dieu. Young Latiolais was prominently connected in this and adjoining parishes, being a half brother to Sheriff Latiolais of Lafayette parish. He was a nephew of Mrs. Robert Chachere of this city, and besides these two, he leaves a mother and one brother and several sisters, some of whom reside at present in Texas. The Clarion tenders its sympathies to the bereaved mother, sisters, brothers and other relatives of the deceased.
