DIED. - In this town, on the 16th inst., Mrs. Martin Medicis, nee Josephine 
Nettie Contini, aged twenty-six years.

Josephine Nettie Contini Sittig Martin was the daughter of Dominque Contini 
Sittig and Margaret Hermance Chachere. She is buried in the St. Landry 
Catholic Church cemetery located in Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.
