Moreau, aged 65 years and 2 days, died at his home in Prairie Boss. He was one of the best-known and most successful farmers of the Prairie Boss section and had resided there practically all his life. He is survived by his widow and eleven children, including Mrs. O. Wyble, Mrs. Preston Wyble, Mrs. Foster Guilbeau, Mrs. Ambroise Valin, Mrs. Devine Moreau, Ozeme Moreau, Theodore Moreau of Opelousas, Leo Moreau of Dayton, Texas, Leon Moreau of Houston, Mrs. Crawford Carriere of Dayton, Texas. The funeral took place from the residence in Prairie Boss, with services at the Catholic Church and interment in the Catholic cemetery. At the regular meeting of the Rotary Club this week resolutions of sympathy over the death of Mr. Moreau were adopted and a copy sent to Leo Moreau, of Dayton, Texas, son of the deceased, who is a member of the Dayton Rotary Club.
