BOAGNIE. - At Hotel Dieu, New Orleans, May 31st, at 4:30 p. m., Laperle F. 
Boagni, wife of M. C. Mosely, in the 32d year of her age.
Surrounded by her husband and little son, Vincent, her brothers, Messrs. E. 
M., V. W. and C. F. Boagni, J. J. Thompson, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Comeau and 
little Lou Comeau, she expired amid the prayers and blessings of the 
Catholic Church. It is difficult to offer a fitting tribute to the memory of 
this lovely and cultured woman, who filled every phase of life in an ideal 
manner. Called away in the early Summer of Life - still so young - it would 
seem as though the Great Harvester with jealous hand sought to cull and 
transplant this choice flower to bloom in His Own Eternal Home.
Educated by those distinguished and cultured instructors of youth, the 
Ladies of the Sacred Heart, she so endeared herself to all by her lovable 
qualities as to deserve the appellation of "Pearl of the School." She 
graduated with high honors and re-entered the family circle laden with every 
accomplishment. She was all that could be desired as a daughter, a sister, a 
friend, a wife and mother! Nor is she lost to us - the memory of her brief, 
sweet life will ever linger with us, animating each one to so order their 
life as to be one day accorded worthy of being reunited to her for Eternity.
Deceased was the daughter of that distinguished and wealthy financier, Dr. 
Vincent Boagnie, and of Miss Susan Littell, who died in 1878, but who still 
lives in the hearts of those who loved her as the purest, sweetest type of 
womanhood.

of Benjamin F. Moseley and Mary A. Callaway (Opel. Ct. Hse.: Marr. #23221)
