Dr. Wm. J. Offut Dead.

Dr. Wm. J. Offut, an old practitioner and worthy citizen of St. Landry, died at 
the residence of Mrs. B. M. Splane, in Moundville, on Monday, October 14, 1895, 
aged 58 years and 8 months. He was interred in the Catholic cemetery at this 
place Tuesday.

Additional Comments:
NOTE: Dr. William Johnson Offut is buried in section 9 of the Saint Landry 
Catholic Church Cemetery located in Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.
