Mrs. A. A. Pointer

There passed away, at Bellevue, on Monday, December 27, 1909, one of St. 
Landry's noble ladies, in the person of Mrs. A. A. Pointer.

Mrs. Pointer was not only noted for her good qualities of heart, but she was 
considered a good business woman, and for years has been engaged in the 
mercantile business at Bellevue, in partnership with her son-in-law, Mr. 
Robert Wilkins, under the firm name of Pointer & Wilkins.

She died at the age of 69 years and 8 months. The funeral took place at the 
family burial ground at Bellevue Tuesday evening at 3:30 o'clock.
