Mr. Quirk, who was one of the best known cattle raisers of St. Landry parish, was a leading resident of this community. He is survived by his wife, who, before their marriage, was Miss Rita Wartelle, and four children, Mrs. Felix Wartelle, Archie Quirk, assistant cashier of the Washington State bank, Thomas and Louis [sic Lote] Quirk, all of Washington. Burial will take place Sunday in Cedar Hill cemetery with Masonic and Woodmen of the World ceremonies. Additional Comments: NOTE: L. A.
