St. Landry Clarion (Opelousas, La.) 1890-1921, August 03, 1901, Image 2

DIED. - Mr. Theogene E. Richard, lately a prominent citizen of Bellevue, died 
at Abbeville on the 26th ult., of congestion. His remains were brought here 
and interred in the Catholic cemetery. Mr. Richard was a member of a large and 
influential family, being the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene F. Richard. Deceased 
was forty years of age. The Clarion extends its heartfelt sympathies to the 
bereaved family.

Additional Comments:
NOTE: Theogene E. Richard is buried at the Saint Landry Catholic Church 
cemetery located in Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.
