St. Landry Clarion (Opelousas, La.) 1890-1921, December 02, 1905, Image 3

The Clarion regrets to learn of the death of Mrs. Emma Andrus, wife of Judge 
B. F. Vannoy, of Big Cane, which occurred at the family home on Thursday, 
November 23d. The deceased was 42 years of age, and leaves a husband and 
several children to mourn the loss of a loving wife, and a devoted mother. a 
warm friend and a true christian. The remains were interred in the Baptist 
Cemetery at Big Cane Friday.
