Jos. Wm. DeValcourt (b.1871) stands at the right. His wife, Stella Smith DeValcourt
(b.1875), holds their 
fifth child, Ethyl (b.1903). Between them is Mr. DeValcourt's mother, Philomene (née
Thibodeaux), b.1838. 
Children in front (L to R): William (b.1900), Estelle (b.1896), Caroline (b.1898),
and John (b.1901). Standing 
at left is Marie Aspasie Guidry (b.1866), daughter of Philomene and her first
husband, Placide Guidry. She 
lived in the DeValcourt home and was called "Aunt Lulute" by the children.

Additional Comments:
Jackie Solis is the granddaughter of Caroline DeValcourt. Ethyl DeValcourt (baby in
picture) married Ralph 
Russell Dailey. I am the grandson of John DeValcourt (2 years old in picture). We
are trying to identify the 
people found in old pictures found in our grandparent's collections, and will submit
those believed to be of 
historical interest.
