ST.LANDRY'S CHURCH              Opelousas, LA
        CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE
THAT Franklin C. Hay  son of John Hay and Marie Ivy
and Roseline Young   daughter of James Young and
Yvonne Prudhomme
were lawfully married on the 26 day of December 1837
according to the rites of the Catholic Church and in conformity with the
laws of the State of Louisiana.
Rev. H. Flavius Rossi officiating 
in the presence of  Stephen Young, Andre Prudhomme, Joseph Bihms, Edna
 Woods witnessess, as appears from the marriage register of this chruch.
