The Opelousas Courier (Opelousas, La.) 1852-1910, November 24, 1894, Image 1
Mr. Charles Lastrapes, an old resident of the Fifth Ward of St. Martin parish, 
died last Saturday. The funeral aervice was held at the Catholic church at La 
Place, and the remains buried in the family tomb in the Catholic cemetery at 
St. Martinville. - St. Martinville Messenger, Nov. 17.
