Silbest born La. Died Jul 4, 1911, 12 am, of Tuberculosis of the lungs of
1y 1m 3d. L. A. Butler attended the from Feb 1911 to Jul 1911 and last saw
her alive on "on the 6/29." Buried Breaux Bridge, Jul 4, 1911, by Rev.
Rocbard, undertaker,  of Breaux Bridge. Informant: Henry Elixon of Breaux
