All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgenweb.org/volunteers/copyright.shtml ======================================================================= BOUDREAUX, PATRICK Patrick Joseph Boudreaux, 83, a native of Bakertown and a resident of Franklin, died Sunday, December 23, 2007, at 11:52 a.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital. Mr. Boudreaux is survived by his wife of 61 years, Myrtle Landry Boudreaux of Franklin; one son, Glenn J. Boudreaux and his wife, Brenda, of Franklin; one daughter, Gwen B. Louviere and her husband, Charles Jr., of Centerville; three grandchildren, Kevin Boudreaux, Jason Louviere and Janelle L. Harmon; and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Severin and Modeste Keller Boudreaux; five brothers, Stanley, Alvin, Harry, Manly and Cyprien "Tippy" Boudreaux; and two sisters, Levie B. Robichaux and Beatrice B. Dumesnil. The family requested that visitation be observed Wednesday, December 26, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., at Ibert's Mortuary, with the rosary being prayed at 1 p.m. led by the Catholic Daughters, Court Assumption. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, at 2 p.m., at the Church of Assumption Catholic Church in Franklin, with Father Lloyd Benoit officiating. Burial will be held in the Franklin Cemetery. Pat was employed for 31 years with the City of Franklin. He started out as a meter reader, working his way up to the position of Payroll Clerk. His hobbies included growing beautiful Hibiscus flowers and sharing Gumbo File' he had grown and ground with friends and relatives. In earlier years, he enjoyed red fishing and trolling for shrimp. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and belonged to the Golden Age Club. Pat was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who always looked forward to enjoying visits from his grand and great grandchildren. He will be missed by all who loved him. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin. ===================
