She is survived by her son, Earl "Danny" Carmichael Jr. and his wife, Perina, of Houma; one brother, Robert "Bob" Miller Jr. of Franklin; one sister, Grace Braud and her husband, Talton, of Centerville; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Carmichael was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Carmichael Sr.; her parents, Robert E. Miller Sr. and Irma A. Cunningham Miller; two brothers, C.J. and Gerald Miller; and one sister, Hilda Miller. The family requests that visiting hours be observed Thursday, April 26, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary, with Fr. Lloyd Benoit officiating the services. Interment will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. Mrs. Carmichael was a dedicated nurse and nursing instructor. Arrangements have been en-trusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin. ===================
