GUILLOT, LAURENT 

Mr. Laurent Guillot, 100, a native of Belle Place and a resident of Charenton, 
died Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at 11:45 p.m., at the Franklin Health Care 
Center.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed Saturday, November 17, from 
9 a.m. until time of services, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in 
Charenton.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, at 1 p.m., with Father Bill 
Crumley officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

Mr. Guillot is survived by his two sons, Donald Guillot and his wife, Rita B. 
of Franklin and James Guillot of Charenton; two daughters, Florence Charpentier 
and her husband, L.J., of Charenton and Mercedes Guillot and her husband, 
Emmanuel Sr., of Baldwin; nine grandchildren, Dona Charpentier of Temple, 
Texas, Chad Charpentier of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Michael Charpentier of 
Franklin, Donald Paul Guillot Jr. of Franklin, Charlotte Adams of New Iberia, 
Emmanuel Guillot Jr. of Patterson, Milissa Guillot of Baldwin, Paula Lange of 
Centerville and Randy Guillot of Baldwin; 16 great grandchildren; and four 
great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara F. Guillot; his father, Odille 
Guillot; his mother, Theresa Coupel Guillot; one granddaughter, Donna Thomas; 
five brothers; and one sister.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin.
