KLEIN, GEORGE, JR.

Mr. George "Big G" Klein Jr., 80, a native of Eunice and a resident of Baldwin, 
died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 at Franklin Foundation Hospital.

Mr. Klein is survived by his wife of 52 years, Augusta Alene Cowart Klein of 
Baldwin; one son, James Patrick Klein and his wife, Veronica, of Taylorsville, 
Mississippi; two daughters, Sheila Nichols and her husband, Gene, of Thibodaux 
and Katie Hedges and her husband, Lee, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; one 
sister, Rachel Comeaux of Broussard; 11 grandchildren; and two great 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Klein Sr.; his mother, Kate 
Sullivan Klein; four brothers, John Harold, Dan Sr., Reginald and Francis; and 
two sisters, Cecile and Marie Louise.

The family requests that visitation be observed Thursday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m. 
until time of services at the Sacred Heart Church in Baldwin, with a rosary 
being prayed at 1:15 p.m.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m., at the church with 
Father Greg Cormier officiating the services. 

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary of Franklin.
