Funeral services will be conducted for Jeffrey Michael Laine', 41, on Thursday, June 14, 2007, at 10 a.m., in the David Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Paul Neel officiating. Interment will follow in the Beau Pre Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m., and resume on Thursday, June 14, at 8 a.m. until time of services. A native of Franklin and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Laine' died on Sunday, June 9, 2007 from injuries received in an automobile accident in Iberia Parish. He was employed with M I Swaco in Broussard. He was a member of the Cypress Branch Hunting Club and loved hunting. He is survived by his wife, Trisch Concienne Laine' of New Iberia; his daughters, Lissa A. Laine' of Lafayette, Senior Airman Grace Laine' Peon, US Air Force, and her husband, Hospital Corpsman Alex Peon, US Navy, of Okinawa, Japan, Victoria L. Laine' and Sadie Marie Laine', both of New Iberia; his son, Jeffrey Paul Laine' of New Iberia; his grandson, Joseph Michael Courville of Lafayette; his sisters, Carolyn L. Robicheaux of Franklin and Kathleen L. Thibodeaux of Baldwin; and his brothers, Paul "Polo" Laine' Jr. of New Iberia and Johnny Laine' of The Woodlands, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, a great great nephew and a great great niece. Mr. Laine' was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Lolas Laine' and Lena Brettel Laine' and his sister, Linda Wimberly Albert. Pallbearers will be Pat Judice, Larry Lastrapes, Steve Walker, Brad Griffen, Larry "Buck" Guidry and Walley Millet. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements. ===================
