McCOLLUM, BILLY D. 

Billy D. McCollum, 65, a native of Twin City, Miss., a former resident of New 
Orleans, and a resident of Centerville since Hurricane Katrina, died Sunday, 
February 25, 2007, at 6:45 p.m., at his residence in Centerville.

Mr. McCollum is survived by his companion of 16 years, Mr. Wilse "Bob" Landry 
of Centerville; one sister, Fannie Bozman of Twin City, Miss.; six nephews, 
Barry, Brad, David, Shannon, Steve and Lannie; five nieces, Terry, Alicia, 
Beverly, Tammy and Debra; numerous grand nephews and grand nieces; his beloved 
pets, Claudette, Ressy, Paw'Pee and Gernie; and his devoted friend, Kendra 
Duckworth of Centerville who assisted in his care.

He was preceded in death by his father, Davis McCollum; his mother, Maudey 
Harper McCollum; one brother; and two sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Carthage, Miss. Masses will 
be said for Mr. McCollum at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Centerville.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin.
