PAUL, JOSEPH 

Mr. Joseph Paul, 69, a native of Verdunville and resident of Franklin, died 
Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Iberia Medical Center.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed Saturday, May 19, from 9 
a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Verdunville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., at the Immaculate 
Conception Catholic Church in Verdunville, with Fr. Thomas Vu officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Verdunville.

Mr. Paul is survived by his wife of 41 years, Joyce Bourgeois Paul of Franklin; 
three sons, Dennis Paul of New Iberia, Elwood and Scott Paul, both of Franklin; 
four daughters, Emma Paul, Denise Paul Ferguson, Monica Paul, Mary Paul Lombus, 
all of Franklin; 15 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Paul; and his parents, Elwood Paul 
and Maude Russo Paul.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin
