PIPES, VIRGINIA 

Virginia Ann "Ginger" Pipes, a resident of Franklin and native of Amite, died 
on Sunday, December 2, 2007, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in 
Baton Rouge.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley H. Pipes Sr.; daughter, Cyndi Pipes 
Farris; son, Stanley H. Pipes Jr.; two sisters, Marion E. Givens and Carolyn P. 
Ellen-der; seven grandchildren, Justin Pipes, Stephanie Pipes, Kristin Pipes, 
Corey Trahan, Brandon Farris, Jessica Farris and Jason Farris; and two great-
grandchildren, Ethan Farris and Emma Farris.

She was preceded in death by parents, James and Anna Ponder.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 7, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 8, at 9 
a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 
Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge,
