PITTS, GERALDINE S. 

Geraldine Schonlaw Pitts, 88, a native of Satanta, Kansas and a resident of 
Franklin, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2007 at Franklin Foundation Hospital.

Mrs. Pitts is survived by her husband, Lloyd Pitts of Franklin; two daughters, 
Janette P. Coe and her husband, Edward, both of Franklin, and Susan P. Lorenzo 
and her husband, Rick, both of Franklin: five grandchildren, Michael Coe, 
Rebecca Coe, Mia Vaccarella, Stephanie Lorenzo and Alison Lorenzo; and three 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Schonlaw and Nellie Fairchild 
Schonlaw; two brothers, Carl and Dick Schonlaw; one sister, Goldie Hayden; and 
a close niece, the late Genevieve Duck and her husband, Harold Duck.

The family requests that visitation be observed Thursday, September 20, 2007 
from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at St. Jules Catholic Church with an 11a.m. Rosary.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, at 2 p.m., at the Church, 
with Father Thomas Vu officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Perpetual Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rick Lorenzo, Edward Coe, Michael Coe, Joe Duck, Robert 
"Bob" Duck and Charles Duck.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin.
