All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgenweb.org/volunteers/copyright.shtml ======================================================================= TRAHAN, THECKLA Theckla Breaux Trahan, 77, a native of Jeanerette and a resident of Baldwin, died Friday, September 21, 2007, at 2:25 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters, Court Sacre Coeur 2572. Mrs. Trahan is survived by her son, Michael Trahan and his wife, Meryl, of Thibodaux; her daughter, Susan M. Trahan of Baldwin; one brother, L. J. Breaux III of Kiln, MS; one sister, Dorothy Breaux Davis of Franklin; two granddaughters, Danielle and Nichole Trahan; and one great grandson, Cole Michael. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira. John Trahan; and by her parents, Louis Breaux Jr. and Emily Martin Breaux. The family requests that visiting hours be observed Sunday, Sept. 23rd, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin, with the rosary being prayed at 7 p.m. Visitations will resume Monday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Baldwin at 9 a.m. until Mass time. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, Sept. 24, at 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Father Billy Ruskoski will officiate the services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin. ===================
