AYRES, HENRY S. 

Henry S. Ayres passed away on May 24, 2010 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on 
July 14, 1912 in Sterling City, Texas to James H. Ayres and Alva Mae Davis 
Ayres.

Henry retired from Cabot Carbon Black Company with 44 years of dedicated 
service.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Margaret; and his 
brothers, John B. Ayres and James H. Ayres.

Mr. Ayres is survived by his daughter, Janis Wolbrecht; sons, Hoyt Ayres 
(Kathi), Tom Ayres (Chris) and Don Ayres (Harriet); his grandchildren; and great 
grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 26, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., at 
Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. (210) 349-1414.

A Graveside Service will be conducted on Thursday, May 27, at 10 a.m. at Mission 
Burial Park North, 20900 IH-10 West, San Antonio, Texas 78257.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer 
Society, 8115 Datapoint, San Antonio, Texas 78229.
