Rita Mae Legnon, 65, a Morgan City native and Patterson resident, died Thursday 
at her residence.

Legnon is survived by her companion, Michael Estelle of Patterson; four sons, 
Tunie Bullock, Danny Bullock and James Bullock, all of Morgan City, and 
Nathaneal Clark III of Patterson; four daughters, Mary Foret and Rita Sharp, 
both of Bayou Vista, and Mary Bullock and Nelia Bullock, both of Morgan City; 
five sisters, Anna Stevens, Betty Jane Franklin and Peggy Ann Boone, all of 
Berwick, Mary Jane Comeaux of Morgan City and Dorothy Ahmad of Patterson; and 
one brother, Euclide Legnon of Morgan City. She also is survived by 36 
grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Legnon was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, three sons 
and one daughter.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. at Twin City Funeral Home 
in Morgan City, with a service starting at 10 a.m.

Legnon will be buried in the Morgan City Cemetery.
