BAYLES, WILLIAM E. JR.

William E. Bayles Jr., 71, a former resident of Morgan City, died unexpectedly 
Sunday at his home in West Monroe.

Memorial services will be held at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe at 2 
p.m. Tuesday. Bayles was preceded in death by his father, his stepmother and 
three children.

He is survived by his wife, Vernie A. Bayles; his mother, Orene Bayles; his 
sister, Judy Barfield; children, Sandra Snide, Barry Bayles, Sharon Cain, Dean 
Bayles, and Doreen "Mikki" Lirette; 14 grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren.
