William "Bill" Thomas Clark Sr. a resident of Bayou Vista, born in Bandera, TX. March 8, 1930. Bill went home to be with his Lord surrounded by his loving family at the age of 80. Bill was a self-employed carpenter by trade. He was an active Member of Bayou Vista Baptist Church for 43 years. He loved fishing and gardening but most of all sharing the word of God with others. Bill leaves behind to cherish his memories his mother Maudie O. Clark of San Antonio, TX; one daughter Marie Clark Landry and her husband Edward Paul Landry Sr. of Patterson; two sons William (Tommy) Clark Jr. and his wife Nadine of Patterson, and Paul L. Clark and his wife Suzanne of Bayou Vista; two brothers and 4 sisters all of Texas; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and his close friend Ruth Head. He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, the love of his life his "Sugar" Peggy Pisani Clark; his father Amasas L. Clark; 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2010 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6 pm until 9 pm.; continuing Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Bayou Vista Baptist Church at 12 pm. A going home celebration will begin at 2 pm. Bill will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
