Mr. Richard L. Comeaux, 60, a native of Abbeville and a resident of Patterson 
died, Saturday, June 5, 2010 at his residence while surrounded by his family.

Mr. Richard is survived by his wife, Nancy Comeaux of Patterson; two sons, 
Richard 'Chad' Comeaux and his wife, Jana`, of Zachary and Ben Fields of 
Gonzales; two daughets, Nichole Comeaux Buteaux and her husband, Robby of New 
Iberia and Barbi Fields of Franklin; his father, Lloyd Joseph Comeaux of Erath; 
his step mother, Lillie Comeaux of Erath; one brother, William 'Bill' P. Comeaux 
of Atlanta, GA.; three sisters, Brenda C, Hulin, Donna C. Moore, and Lisa C. 
Richardelle all of Erath; and twelve grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa Richard Comeaux.

Mr. Richard retired from Shell Oil after 30 years of service.

The family requests that visitation be observed Sunday, June 6, 2010 from 10am 
until time of services at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 6th at 1pm at Ibert's Mortuary in 
Franklin with Deacon Paul Broussard officiating. Burial will follow in the 
Franklin Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. of Franklin, 
Louisiana.
