Mr. Emory is survived by his son, Derrik Jennings and his wife, Linda, of Patterson; his daughter, Patricia Jennings Williams and her husband, Cary, of Ponchatoula; his sister, Margerite Markham of Weeksville, NC.; four grandchildren, Ashley Businelle and her husband, Paul, of Morgan City, Ryan Jennings and his wife, Traci, of Patterson, Taylor Jennings and his wife, Lou, of Patterson, Loren Vitter of Raleigh, NC.; three step grandchildren, Kitty Hebert and her husband, Joseph of Morgan City, Belinda Arnold and her husband, Greg, of Madison, Al., and Gina Arnold, and her husband, Jason, of Berwick; four great grandchildren, Parker, Peyton, and Caleb Jennings, and Eli Businelle; six step great grandchildren, Tyler Hebert, Kennedy Hebert, Jaci Arnold, Ryleigh Arnold, Luke Arnold, and Lexi Arnold. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amy Jennings; his father, James Griffen Jennings; his mother, Beatrice Cartwright Jennings; six brothers and four sisters. Mr. Emory was a member of the Patterson Town Council. He served on the Parish Council as a member and was a past president. The family requests that memorial visitation be observed Friday, June 4, 2010 from 8:30 am until time of services at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson. A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 4th at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad will be conducting the military honors. ===================
