NAQUIN, GENORIA 

Mrs. Genoria 'Tootsie' Lancon Naquin, 85, a native and lifelong resident of 
Franklin died, Sunday, July 11, 2010 at 11:30 p.m. at her residence.

Tootsie is survived by her son, Kenneth Naquin and his wife, Gail, of Franklin; 
her daughter-in-law, Linda Naquin of Franklin; three sisters, Mary Thibodeaux of 
Youngsville, Dee Rodrigue of New Iberia, and Eloise Hebert of Franklin; five 
grandchildren, Marc Naquin, Tracie Bourg, Scott Naquin, and Davy Naquin, Melissa 
Millet; five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Raymond 'Nookie' David Naquin Sr.; her 
parents, Henry Lancon and Elizabeth Walters Lancon; her son Raymond Naquin Jr.; 
and a sister, Elverta Barras.

The family requests that visitation be observed Wednesday, July 14, 2010 from 6 
p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin. Visitation will resume, 
Thursday, July 15th. at 8 a.m. at Ibert's until time of services.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 15th at 11 a.m. at Ibert's 
Mortuary in Franklin with Father Thomas Vu officiating. Burial will follow in 
the Franklin Cemetery.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Heart of Hospice for their 
professional care of Tootsie.
