SHIELDS, CALDONIA 

Miss Caldonia "Done" Shields, 61, a native and resident of Baldwin died Tuesday, 
July 6, 2010, at 8:25 p.m. at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, La. 
after a short illness.

She is survived by three brothers, Willie Shields Jr. of Franklin, Warren 
Shields of Houston, Texas and Joe L. Shields of Baldwin; three sisters, Virginia 
Shields and Virvia Shields of Baldwin and Katie Shields Little of San Francisco, 
Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother.

Visitations will be held Saturday, July 17, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Mount 
Pleasant Baptist Church in Charenton, with burial rites read at the church at 12 
noon. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Rev. Paul J. Godfrey is 
officiating.

Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge.
