ADAMS, NORMAN J., SR.
September 15, 1925 - August 1, 2010

Norman J. Adams, Sr., 85, a long time resident of Morgan City passed away August 
1, 2010 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

He is survived by his daughter Bobbie Rae Lewis of Baton Rouge; his son Norman 
J. Adams, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Covington; son Michael of Baton Rouge; 
five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great 
grandchildren.

Norman is also survived by his sisters Aline Adams, Elma Braus, Jane Vaccarella; 
and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Martha and Wilson Adams; sisters, 
Angeline Adams, Hazel Guillory, Rosalie Pisani; and a brother Roy Adams.

Norman proudly served his country in World War II in the United States Army. The 
East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad will conduct full military honors at 
graveside.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 3, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with service 
at 10:00 a.m. in the Hargrave Funeral Home Chapel; officiated by Father Greg 
Pratt. Norman will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum.

Hargrave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
