BUTLER, JAMIE LYNN 

Miss Jamie Lynn Butler, 29, a resident of Berwick and native of Patterson, died 
suddenly Saturday, August 21, 2010, at 11:30 a.m., at Leonard J. Chabert Medical 
Center in Houma.

She is survived by her mother, Norma Butler of Berwick; father, Bryon Levy Sr. 
of Austin, Texas; four sons, A'Donaty Owens, Raymond Owens III, Ja'Quaylin Owens 
and Tylin Butler, all of Berwick; two daughters, Kiyanna Butler and Briyanna 
Butler, all of Berwick; seven brothers; nine sisters; and grandparents, Barbara 
Perry of Patterson, Erwin Butler of Patterson, Annie Mae Veltz of Patterson and 
Willie Francis of Los Angeles, California.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, Aug. 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at New 
Salem Baptist Church in Patterson.

Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 2 p.m., at that church, with the Rev. 
Samuel Calhoun officiating. Interment will follow in the Shield Cemetery in 
Patterson.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
