Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2010/sm1008.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Mr. Anthony 'Taco' John Kristicevich, 86, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Charenton died, Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 1:40 a.m. at the Iberia Extended Care Hospital in New Iberia. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather. Mr. Kristicevich is survived by his wife of 64 years, Jewel Stevens Kristicevich of Charenton; three sons, Stephen Kristicevich and his wife, Cyndi, of Charenton, Craig Kristicevich of Charenton, and Chris Kristicevich and his companion, Carolyn Simoneaux of Charenton; two daughters, Sharon Dugas and her husband, Ted, of Loreauville and Tina Clements and her husband, Curtis, of New Iberia; two sisters, Joan Kristicevich, and June Fortier; 13 grandchildren, Tori, Marla, Sara, Zachary, Misty, Kimberly, Lacie, Haley, Kayla, Nicholas, Alesha, Tanna, and Tonya; three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Joseph and Alice White Kristicevich; three brothers; six sisters and one grandson, Brian Dugas. The family requests that visitation be observed Saturday, August 28, 2010 from 9am until time of services at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Charenton. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 28th at 11am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Charenton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Kristicevich was a World War II Veteran, under which he served in the Navy. He was stationed aboard the U.S.S Density and the U.S.S Doyen in the Pacific Campaign. ===================
