Ethel was loved by all and will be sadly missed by all those that knew her. Ethel enjoyed every moment of her life. She was a kind and gentle hearted lady who lived every day with a smile that could lighten any room. She loved her family and enjoyed every moment they spent together. Ethel was the foundation and support of her entire family. She was a wonderful wife, a devoted mother, grandmother, and a great friend. Ethel was a faithful member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. She absolutely loved bus trips with the AARP, gathering with her friends for a friendly game of cards, and visiting extended family. She was a marvelous cook, who could make the ordinary extraordinary. Ethel leaves behind to cherish her memories two daughters, Linda and her husband Jack Rankin, of Morgan City; Rhonda and her husband Clarence Bergeron, of Houma; one brother, John Edward Beadle, of Morgan City; six grandchildren, Melinda Busse of Morgan City, David Rankin and his wife, Tracy of Morgan City, Jaclyn Breaux and her husband Russell of Morgan City, Rachel , Claire and Brandon Bergeron of Houma; four great grandchildren, Dustin Busse, Brooke Rankin, Katelyn, and Olivia Breaux; two great great grandchildren, Violet Busse, and Conner Rankin. Ethel is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Gerald Stansbury; her parents Edward and Edna Beadle; her sisters, Hilda Beadle, Mrs. Elby Fangue (Winnie), Mrs. Robert King (Edna Mae), Mrs. Louis Tamporello, Sr. (Doris); and her brothers, Thomas and Carroll Beadle. A time of remembrance and reflection will be at Hargrave Funeral Home, Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010 from 6 pm until 9 pm continuing Wednesday at Hargrave Funeral Home at 9 am until dismissal at 10.30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will then be conducted at Holy Cross Catholic Church Wednesday at 11 am. Ethel will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
