Otis is survived by his three children, Otis Keon Granger, Joshua G. Granger and Cara E. Granger, all of Chicago; four sisters, Evelyn Bogan, Cassandra Pratt and Rhonda (Raymond) Daniels, all of Morgan City and Regina J. Livingston of Clarksville, Tenn.; six brothers, Eldrich Granger Sr. and Michael Granger Sr. of Morgan City, Eddie L. Livingston Jr. of New Iberia and Wilfred Livingston, Allen Livingston and Craig Livingston, all of Morgan City. His stepmother, Mrs. Fedria M. Granger of Morgan City; and a special friend, Pamela Rifer of Chicago also survive Otis. Otis was preceded in death by his wife, Emelda C. Pratt Granger; one son, Malcolm K. Granger; his parents, Glodis Granger Sr. and Ada Lee Livingston; his stepfather, Eddie Lee Livingston Sr.; and two brothers, Rodney R. Livingston and Joseph G. Granger. A memorial service will be held at a later date. ===================
